What does the setup fee cover?

Can I change package later?
Yes. You can move up as your team grows, and add extra seats on any package without changing it.
What happens if a payment is late?
You get a grace period and everything keeps working. If the invoice stays unpaid, the account is suspended until it’s settled, and access returns as soon as the payment is recorded.
